All TKL cases and bags come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects.
If you ever have a problem with your TKL case or bag, not caused by normal wear or abuse, simply contact us, and we will repair it at no charge to you. Please be sure to keep your original sales receipt, as this is needed to process any warranty claim.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all of our TKL cases and bags within 14 days of purchase. Please note, buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund once the item has been returned to TKL.
Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders within the continental US. No promo code needed.
